Personal Training: 
Single sessions are £50 per hour or £28 for half an hour,  I also offer sessions for two people at £98 per hour (both need to be of similar ability). Monthly subscription available and all sessions are paid in advance.

I mainly work in a local gym or in green spaces around Teddington – contact me for more information.

12 week online plan:
I appreciate Personal Training isn’t for everyone, so this plan gives you the tools to fit exercise into your routine. A 12 week plan for £49.99. It includes regular emails, fitness plans very four weeks to keep you progressing, including options for home, in the gym or classes. Find out more here.

Nutrition consultation:
A one-off hour session including food diary analysis cost £40, details of the full session and what you need to bring will be emailed to you on booking. Follow up sessions will be from £25 for 30 minutes and will include goal setting/reviews, food plans.

Terms of business: All clients must complete and sign consent and health questionnaires prior to taking part in any programme. Payment is required at the session except block bookings which must be paid in full, in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.  All client information will be kept confidentially and used only to assist in meeting their specific goals, it may be used to advise clients of promotions that may be relevant, but will not be used/sold by any third party. Cancellation of any session must be minumum of 12 hours notice, late cancellation may incur a charge/loss of that session from a package.
